Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
You will receive an order confirmation by email upon successful payment. Payment does not guarantee dispensing; your order remains subject to pharmacist approval.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only. Orders are sent via a tracked, discreet postal service.
Whilst we take every effort to meet our delivery timeframe, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by postal services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery address is provided. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of medicines for safety and regulatory reasons.
